Phannawat “Tom” Charoensiri is an experienced human resources leader with over 20 years of experience across private, non-profit, and international organizations. He currently serves as Human Resources Manager at Manao Software Company Limited and as a volunteer with the Itapon Foundation, supporting community development projects along the Thai–Myanmar border.
Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology and a Master’s degree in Public Administration. He is also a Certified HRP accredited by the Thailand Professional Qualification Institute (Public Organization) – TPQI.
Drawing from his background in social psychology and human development, Tom has a deep passion for supporting the wellbeing of people—especially youth and those serving in helping professions. As a board member, he is committed to advancing CCF’s mission of strengthening individuals, families, and communities through compassionate care and professional counseling.
